Our Spiced Za'atar blends the herbal and sour notes of traditional za'atar with warming spices like cumin, coriander, and chili, adding an aromatic layer to the mix. This gives it a more complex, savory and spiced flavor. In Syria, it's often served with meats, yogurt, or flatbreads.

Details: Certified organic. Hand-blended in house.

Ingredients: hyssop thyme*, oregano, marjoram, sumac, sesame, sea salt, cumin, coriander, Aleppo chili, black pepper. *Wild grown, not certified organic ingredient.
